The man is very racist, disrespectful and rude. Every time he talks to Asian people he continues to either yell or speak very rudely to them. I’m ashamed of people like this it’s not right at all. We need home deliveries immediately

The older guy in there is a arrogant fool and highly suggest he needs retraining in customer service, went in there to ask simple question and beat around the bush and spoke to me as if I was a child. Will not hold my tounge next time. Very disappointed.

Very poor store Virginia is a growing town however the post office is stuck in the dark ages as for the customer service the older man was very rude spoke to me like I was a child

Older man is incredibly racist and doesn’t try to hide it. He was raising his voice at an older Asian lady, and was very condescending and sarcastic to her. Then he was very pleasant when serving me. This is honestly disgusting behaviour.

I've never met an AusPost employee so rude and disrespectful in my life, he drags the AusPost's name through the dirt. The Salisbury, Elizabeth, Prospect post offices are absolute dreams compared to this guy, it's honestly night and day.Caught him sleeping on the job today. Like other's said, what a joke
