We came here, as family had recommended it.We had made a booking for 7pm, on arrival No Table for the 4 of us. Found this disappointing!! , why bother booking. After some discussion we were given a table for 6, that was clearly for another group.The service from then on was minimal, as l think they already new we were disappointed. A shame as the food was quite good. The restaurant was busy and people were getting turned away.My advice make the customer happy. Admit you messed up and look after them !!Just a thought

I did a pickup order from here lastnight. Food was ready on time.The vegetable puffs were amazing. I loved the sauce it was paired with.My Pad Thai was pretty good. The only thing I disliked in it was the cut of the carrot, the texture of it was rather off-putting.What my partner had was unfortunately disappointing.The spring rolls weren't worth it. $11 for 6 small spring rolls that didn't taste that special.He also ordered the lamb sizzle. Which wasn't lamb at all, it was beef. He also wasn't a fan of the sauce.Overall I'm at a loss at how to rate this because I mostly enjoyed my food, but he didn't at all.

These guys hand down are the best Thai in Sunbury. Food is fresh and very very tasty and all the staff work hard to make sure that you're fully satisfied as a customer. I have been going to their partner restaurant spices and castles in riddles creek which I have never in 15 years been disappointed with any of them meals. It is a must that you try this I can guarantee you will not be disappointed

Great food and friendly staff. The restaurant has a nice cozy atmosphere on a cold winter night. I have been here many times both dine in and take away and the dishes are always on point.

Really disappointing experience.We ordered delivery off the website and were aware of no tracking but after an hour we rang the restaurant just to get an ETA on delivery time. The lady told us it was on its way right now and should be there shortly. 45 minutes later and still no food. When we rang again she said it was on its way which we then knew we had been lied to previously.If it is going to take a while just be honest and say that don’t tell your customers it should be there any minute when you haven’t even sent a driver.We won’t be going back again.

I genuinely enjoy the food but the wait times can be to much at times. It was a Friday night to which I can accept the wait, but an hour for mains seems a little much to be honest. Reccomend for a week day

My family arrived at our 6:30pm reservation and my dish didn't come out until 8:10pm. No apologies, no explanation as to why it was taking so long, no wait time given. I understand dinner rushes are busy but the very least a restaurant can do is apologize for the wait time. Food was average, nothing exceptional but not bad.
