I found Kris at a Devine time in my life when I was at the turbulent rocky end of my spiritual awakening. Confronted by my trauma, rattled with anxiety and desperately (unknowingly) needing a guide. Through her Cacao ceremonies, woman’s circles and guided meditations and sound healing sessions I had profound encounters with my higher self, took leaps along my spiritual journey and properly learnt to meditate which regulated my emotions and anxiety. I am forever grateful for the healing my time with Kris has brought me over the last 6 months, and still continue to see her today.

Kris gave me my first reiki treatment about a year ago.I had no idea what to expect amd went in with an open mind.WOW!It was the most surreal experience, that I can't find word's to explain.I left feeling calm, relaxed and grounded.I have taken my 12 year old neurodiverse son to Kris for 2 treatments as well and again... I can't even put word's to the healing magic!I've been to 2 of the women's circles she's hosted. Both time's have been very healing with lot's of laughter.I can't recommend Kris enough!
