My car broke down and I had to get it towed to a nearby garage. I chose Genesis Autoworks East Brisbane - a business that I was unfamiliar with. What a fortuitous decision! The standard of the service was exceptional - the best I have ever encountered. It was helpful to be contacted by only one person - Milos - throughout the process, rather than different people. His manner was highly respectful and he provided me with great detail, including photographs of everything about the vehicle that needed addressing. He took time to explain things properly without rushing and really went the extra mile with additional requests I had. I will be changing to this garage from now on. I wish more businesses looked after their customers so well. Many thanks!

I try and maintain my own car, but some jobs are bigger than I can handle. Milos and the team at Genesis did an in depth inspection, identified areas needing work, and were able to get it done very promptly.I was pleased to see that the work proposed by the team did genuinely need to occur. The Genesis team seem honest and fair. I believe I can trust them and I can wholeheartedly recommend Genesis.Additionally, the communication by Milos was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and is also able to clearly and succinctly explain issues.Finally, the team appear to have resolved a transmission issue that multiple past mechanics were unable to solve.

From start to finish, I was so pleased with how I was treated throughout the entire process. My car broke down unexpectedly & required extensive repairs so I had my car towed to their workshop.
