Recently visited my mum in Daylston and she recommended take away from here. Was so yum we got lunch and dinner, plus fresh bakery bread and rolls in the morning. Everyone was so lovely and friendly. Highly recommended :)

Best fishnchips, we been Phillip island, and on way back just happened to come across this one, even went back for seconds next day but sadly cooking had finished for the first part of day.Thanked the owner for the quality of food, yep 5star, and thanks for the great service also.

I love this place. I have been a local for 18 months and they are so accomodating. Help with my parcels, variety of great food, locals themselves and have everything you need for both locals or those passing through. I’m a big believer of supporting local and family business!!!

Chips seriously must’ve been cooked 4 times over to taste so old and dry? Wouldn’t serve it to my dog. Thrown it out. Previous owners were great. Shame to see this place go down. I would be wary of all the past months glowing reviews?? You can’t hide forever guys

Only giving a 1 star coz google won’t let me give this place a zero.Terrible, we have had fresher fish from a milk bar in Melbourne. My partner had “fresh” flake it was so fresh she gagged at one bite a spat it out. I had a burger with the lot, and received a lot of disappointment.Feel like all the signage on the shop saying how good it is or claiming fresh fish need to go. New owners aren’t living up to the old owners reputation.Might be safer getting a fillet of fish from maccas

Never one to complain but my flake had ammonia smell and taste not strong but definitely there, scallops were delicious and chips were ok..im on my 4th stubby getting ammonia taste out

Best fish in all of Victoria!!! I’ve told all my mates and we all make a detour after going surfing as a reward to ourselves. It is consistently the best fish!! The reason it’s fresh from the local fishos it’s up to 10 and 12mm thick and the batter is golden crispy. Yum Yum!!!
