We got a margarita pizza which was bland no taste. The crust was thin even tho we said a thick crust. One side of the pizza was missing. And it was cut in uneven pieces. Really awful experience.

Sorry I'd prefer a positive post on here but feel I should warn you all. I went to Rashays Mount Annan tonight with the fam. My partner and I could clearly see that the 'chef' wasn't wearing gloves or a hair net and was constantly running his hands through his greasy looking hair before speaking on his mobile phone whilst his kitchenhand ate chips. No washing of the hands he then started putting together my hamburger together touching all the food with his hands. Absolutely disgusting!I asked him if he was supposed to be wearing gloves or a hair net and got no response. The girls working in the store were lovely and understanding when we told them we didn't want to eat our meals now. One of them said I wouldn't eat it either " and that was that. Never again for Rashays such a filthy disgusting franchise. Steer clear people ✋️"

Truly 2 stars, although the average lasagne saved it. The garlic bread was terrible, burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock. Surely it's not too hard to put through the automated heating system. Save yourself some money, Woolwoths is 10m away.

Dined here before. The staff were friendly.I was Disappointed in the cleanliness of the tables allocated to us. You could see smudges of tomato sauce and salt. Even the table next to us was the same. I asked the waiter to wipe it for us and this was done promptly.Otherwise the food is always great at Rashays.

Worst cafe. Took my table of 6 breakfast/brunch order. We waited over an HOUR when no one else was in the cafe beside one other table, only for the waitress to come back after bringing out the coffees (also an hour late) asking if there was anything else we needed. We mentioned we were all still waiting for our meals, only for her to realise they weren’t put through! Will never be back. It’s clear to us now why the place was empty. Save your time and dine somewhere else.

The service here is terrible. As many others have said, the process have gone up, which is understandable, but the service has bottomed out.I am fine with QR ordering, but when you can't even get water, on the table, that's a problem.Good luck trying to get the wait staffs attention.

It was our first visit to this particular branch. And it was great as usual. Great food with great service. The kids eat free on Sundays ( one free meal per one adult meal purchased, members only). With two hungry kids, that is amazing advantage. Will go there again. Kids loved their foods and free kid drinks.
