YMCA Miami Outside School Hours Care

Myself and various parents ive spoken with are not happy with this YMCA. PCYC was excellent, the teachers were all lovely, the prices were much cheaper and it was operated with affection, and controlled discipline. The lady in charge should step down from her position, she is not suitable for the job and my kids and their friends who also attend cannot stand her. My sons friends parents are unfortunately pulling out there kids due to bullying by students and they feel as though the educators just dont care. I have not had a pleasant experience with them and think Miami State School need to look into the way this is being operated. Its a shame, esp as us parents have to deal with the fall out from our kids daily about how they hate YMCA and why cant PCYC return"."

Extremely unprofessional & unreliable! Impossible to get hold of & never respond to emails, voicemails or text messages!! Absolutely no idea how to run a child care facility! Bring back PCYC, they were brilliant!
