From our first pop in to the display homes Jake has done everything possible to ensure our experience with Mincove was positive and successful. Every consultation, email, phone call and question was answered. We made many changes to our plans and Jake was an advocate for all of our choices.Nothing was hidden with Mincove or Jake. Both are upfront and reliable.We definitely recommend going to see Jake.

We love our new home. The team at Mincove were supportive every step of the way. They were professional, on time, and provided a high quality of work. Nothing was too hard for them, and they always found solutions. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and worked with us to make any required changes. The fact that they used all local suppliers made the selections process easier as we were able to view all our options prior going into the selection meeting. The build process was stress free and would recommend them.

Jake and Lauren are absolutely incredible. Both very knowledgeable and helpful. They both made our experience easy and smooth. Able to answer all our questions and always got back to us in a timely manner. I cannot recommend both Jake and lauren more highly. We are now looking very forward to the build to begin!
