Wouldn't even give them 1 star, Alex is a rude person and turned us down for a pest and carpet clean after saying it was fine for him to do. Never returns your calls, Do not recommend at all

I've used Best Pest now for end of lease clean and Pest control and I can honestly say I wouldn't use anybody else.

They came to pest control our apartment - the service was ineffective and we still had a problem despite the warranty on their work. Contacted them a month or two later too come back after initial spray which he did. However he barely sprayed or appeared to make an effort when he came back. The cockroach problem continued - when I tried to contact them again via phone / email they did not return my calls.Paid $180 for nothing & no customer service.

Alex was able to come to my place the very next morning after my initial contact with him. He did a thorough job and explained to me a lot of things regarding the ants the I never knew. I was absolutely impressed and satisfied with his service and price.
