Had the best time playing their ‘Mullets, Mayhem and Murder’ mystery dinner party!! The staff were amazing and the food provided was delicious! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a fun night :)

Great place, excellent staff, my girlfriend and I are here on holiday and we found this place as a recommendation, would certainly suggest as it’s super fun for all ages. Make sure to have lots of friends when you do come too because you can play Virtual Reality games in massive rooms and see each other in the game!Thanks again guysJackson & Jazmin

I recently had my party here, I cannot fault the amazing team, from the moment I met them and party night they were amazing. Unparalleled service, the venue is great all round, good drinks, incredible service, is so great to have a place to celebrate with small numbers. I had literally given up finding a place to accommodate my quality over quantity party numbers, and then someone recommended ZL! I'm so glad they did too, I'd all but given up and it worked out to be the best party ever! I highly recommend and I'll be booking again for staff party!The venue, and party room was set up perfectly for a fun night, drinks at the bar, and arcade games you couldn't ask for more.Thank you again to the amazing team. I am new to the world of VR so I wasn't sure what to expect of the Zombie Arena experience. I had been to a fantastic Murder Mystery party here before and was keen to come back to give the VR games a go. I came with my sister and I was blown away by how immersive it was. I literally thought I was going to fall down an elevator shaft if I didn't wait for it to come up! My only criticism is that I really wanted to shoot my sister (since I was about 10) and I tried but it didn't take her out.

We just had our staff Christmas party at Zero Latency Southport over the weekend and had a blast. Our hostess for the murder mystery was Ashleigh and she made sure that everything ran smoothly and kept the energy high.The food and bar service was excellent - the pizzas were really yummy and there was heaps of food to go around. We are all keen to try out the VR experiences next time.Highly recommend this experience!

Fantastic fun! Staff were very friendly and helpful and we tried Singularity and the racing games. Highly recommended and fun. Just a note that the VR guns are a little heavy for young ones so let them expect this when they try the games

It was so much fun! We ended up booking an other game for the next day.The zombie game was our favorite.I usually don't even play video games but enjoyed it a lot here.

Our group had so much fun, really great experience, kinda short though. Should extend it by 10-20 more minutes to counteract the longgg demonstration at the beginning. Please install more Aircon. Also, women beware of the toilet situation, zero latency is into erasing safe spaces for women and young girls and has turned our toilet into a neutral" space. No facilities for the disabled either..."

The staff are amazing both Ben and the Pink hair girl were very helpful. I've only been there 3 times and have loved everytime. I went today and it was really busy, fully booked out and couldn't get a VR. So before arriving make sure to have a booking. Usually I don't make bookings but days that are raining people seem to flock to this store. They rarely have issues but today the flight sim was down and had a couple of issues with the racing sim. The staff were awesome and deserve praise for how they handle the situations today, to annoying kids, to fully booked out store to informing customers vaout what's going on.
