Fantastic variety of classes. Excellent instructors who inspire confidence.

Signed up for a year membership at opening 2020, covid hit a week later so like any gym membership I assumed the payments were on hold. They took weekly payments while they were closed for months, I didn’t realise. When questioned they claimed they were offering online courses they had emailed me about, so that was charged at the same rate as an in person lesson? If I wanted to work out at home I would have gone on YouTube for free. They were unhelpful about the situation, just a really poor way to be treated, I’d hate to think of the other people who were suffering financially that they did this too. Take your money and support a local company that cares about the customer. My gym and dance school both put memberships on hold so I’ll continue to support them.

I love Dance Dynamics!!So glad I stumbled across it. Seriously l did not know DD existed until a few months ago. It's so right for me and the best way to exercise. Very inclusive, non judgemental, with lots of variety. It's all about having fun and keeping fit at any age. Instructors are all fabulous and clearly enjoy what they do.Thanks DD ❤️

The environment is very tidy and clean. The instructor is nice and professional. I was really enjoyed last night, and would like try more classes.

The studio is super bright and airy and the teachers were all so much fun! Love the music and love the choreography :) For someone that doesn't like gyms this is a super cool way of getting fit. Highly recommend.

First session today with Rita.It was outstanding & had a coffee with some of the ladies after such a very, very friendly group ..My co- ordination was dreadful but I found it all lots of fun ..Awesome workout, which is great for me to just keep moving as I'm no spring chick.I'll be back for sure...Thankyou for having me...Cheers Belinda ( Bee)

Dance Dynamics Hampton is unlike any other studio. The teachers bring so much joy to the class experience. Fantastic mix of classes, great music, I guarantee you'll leave smiling.

Professionalism at its best. This is the only organisation that has your interests at heart. Got an issue? They listen and help you out. The Instructors and staff are great. I dance with two L feet. Who cares? Such a fun and friendly dance “community.” So glad I’m part of it.

Wow! After a few hard years and barely doing anything physical this has really got me excited and loving dance again. I go home super happy after each class and genuinely think I am building on my technique every week. Teacher Karen is an absolute star who takes time to help each and every student in any way she can with love and laughter. Never felt more confident than in her class. LOVE IT <3
