Absolutely fantastic! I had an extremely tight deadline with a book project of mine and I was panicking that I wouldn't be able to finish it on time, especially with how long printing and binding usually takes. Lord and behold, my prayers were answered in the form of Anthony from Dinkums.It was relatively busy when I went in, and at the time, Anthony was the only person holding the front down. There were at least 8 customers, and I have no idea how he helped them all so calm and collected, but he did it. He's super knowledgeable and walked me through each step of the process. He's a complete professional. Please give this man a raise.I was in and out of there in 1 hour tops. Service was great, turnover was terrific, and the price made the experience all the better. Highly, highly recommend this place! Please bring Dinkums to Canada :)

Got there earlier than their opening time to print a portfolio book. Regardless of being the very first customer, the lady ended up serving and printing everyone (around 5-8 people) else who came after even after I paid. She put off my job and even had to reprint twice because of an “error”. I had to wait 45 minutes for her to start printing my job, then another 20 minutes due to the error. They also charged an expensive fee compared to other printing services. Really disappointed with the bad and slow service given that you have to pay a lot for it.

We get our business printing done at Dinkums.The jobs are often urgent, last minute printing that we spring on them without any notice but John and the whole team at Dinkums are more than happy to help and get the job done and delivered on time, every time. Their service is friendly and super-fast, and the quality is great.Thanks guys!

Excellent service. Received my bulk order the same day as I paid. Unfortunately there were mechanical issues with their printer which damaged my prints, but with an extremely quick customer service response, Dinkums resolved the issue by delivering replacement prints the very next day. Really happy with how the prints turned out - great quality, and again their service was excellent.

First went to Dinkums for a last minute corflute for a large children’s event! Turn around within 24 hours and quality was A grade.Have worked with them for all our printing & signage needs since. Great communication throughout the process - Definitely recommended.
