I'm reviewing for the hydrogen breath test.The process for the breath test is excruciating. The pre-test preparation is quite stricter than other places, you end up basically fasting.With that in mind, on the day of the test be prepared for an overly long process. It's so inefficient that both the fructose and lactose tests we did missed the 30 minute mark every time.We arrived at 8:45, it got past 10am before we even got to drink the lactose. By the time we were done, it was 1pm.The staff conducting the process struggle to keep it organised and even more frustrating, both times we went it was 'overbooked'. When it happened the first time, they said it was an anomaly and won't happen again. Next time, it took even longer. On the way out, I heard them say to another participant the same excuse and next time will be better.The clinic needs to be more respectful to the participants. Everyone there has been fasting. There are many ways you can make the process more efficient. Give the drinks out to each participant straight after they have given the baseline test. Don't overbook, especially since the parking availability in the facility is basically non existent. I had to move my car multiple times during the whole process.

Appalling service. Make appointment times and then try to change the time on the day, having no consideration for people who work. I took time off work and turned up to the Hampton clinic at my scheduled time. The clinic was all closed and staff had gone home. Disgusting. If that is the service they provide, I’ll go elsewhere. When I rang to complain they said they had tried to contact me to say they were shutting early. The only message I had received was that they would like to see if I could come earlier. I had already told them when I made the appointment that I couldn’t have an “on call” appointment, that I was working around my work commitments. They “claimed” I was told they were shutting early. In almost 30 years of working in healthcare I have never come across such an unprofessional, uncaring and disorganised organisation.Addition- I have the message and phone time on my phone and they did not say the appointment would be cancelled, just that they would like to bring forward, not shut the clinic. The staff are unhelpful and completely uncaring about the inconvenience their actions cause through poor communication. If you act competently and professionally, patients would not have to be rude or upset. I will take the matter further formally, so you can stop with the snide responses.

I had a very good experience.The doctor and anaesthetist were friendly and professional and the whole procedure went ahead without any issues, and made an otherwise stressful situation as relaxed as possible. Also excellent reception staff and a spotless facility. Would definitely book again if needed.

I had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy today by Dr William Kemp and he was so lovely and professional. The anaesthetist was too amazing - both Dr Kemp and the anaesthetist were patient and gentle and did everything to calm me as I was so nervous. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Everything was organised, the practice is clean and very modern. Thank you for making my experience as pleasant as it could be!!! Couldn’t be more thankful to all staff who work there :)

Terrible, tried calling multiple times (over 15 + times) just to book an urgent endoscopy and can never get through. Going to go back to my GP and get a referral to somewhere else. shocking service.

Cannot inform patients there is a 1.5 hr delay, just make us wait and say nothing, great professionalism. You book for 1.45 get seen at 3:15.... Better off at Holmesglen or Bayside endoscopy just down the road...

What a great and calming experience. Whole staff was lovely and even from amelia at reception to the A team in theatre who provided me with the biscuit and coffee at the end.

I had the misfortune of doing two excruciatingly tedious and uncomfortable breath tests at this place. They are disorganized and the process is unreasonably long nd poorly designed. Both times they overbooked the number of people. The result of a room full of starving people waiting from 8:30 to 1pm. It's especially tough on kids. Knowingly overbook for tests out of greed that require extensive fasting is incredibly inconsiderate andof disrespectful of people's time. There's also no consideration on suitability of test drink dosage based on body weight. If you are small or a kid, you might struggle to complete the test. We've seen kids leave without a test result. PS the day prior dietary requirement (no salt etc) is much tougher than any other places for some reason, which also made the whole thing much harder and unpleasant.

Great experience at this place. Starting from the receptionist Amelia. Welcoming and very helpful. Dr Kemp and Tim the anaesthetist were great to chat to before the proceedure.Place is extremely clean and runs like clockwork
