Great host who showed passion for it and was in character well. The Bank job room was fun with many different small puzzles and rooms that created an immersive atmosphere that was fun and challenging. Will definitely be back to try the other rooms.

Did the room Tortuga Pirates, the room was well planned. The props and designs were really good as well as the flow of the puzzles. The puzzles itself were unique and made you think and it just made sense. Just booked for two more rooms and can’t wait ti do them!Our GMs Caleb and Luan (?) we’re super fun and welcoming!

We just left Escape Reality Newcastle and we are buzzing! We booked in for the Bank Job escape room and we had so much fun that we spontaneously did the prison escape room straight after. We had a blast - this is definitely one of the best escape room venue in Australia (trust us, we know). Special shout out to Caleb who was an amazing and enthusiastic host. You made the experience extra special!

This place was amazing. The staff were really friendly and interactive, and the escape room itself was well-thought out and very enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend. :)

I had a blast! We didn't get out in time, but we were so close! Our gamemaster helped us out 100 times, and was super friendly, even when we accidentally called him in for a puzzle we'd already solved! (In character with a different accent too) can't wait to do this again! overall super immersive experience with difficult, well themed puzzles and a lovely clue system.

SUCH A FUN EXPERIENCE - literally was so much fun. First time doing an escape room and happened to be the hardest difficulty, but my group managed to solve it within the time limit and I couldn’t recommend it more!! Definitely coming back to try the others!! And the workers made the experience so much fun

Had a blast escaping Enigmista with my best friend Chloe. Our host was so warm and had a great sense of humour! She really added to the overall fun of the experience. Our game was challenging but not too difficult and we were able to work as a team. Loved the gory details and props in our scenes and rooms. Our dress up photos at the end were a hoot! Can’t wait to play again.

My partner and I did the Enigmista and the Pirate room and it was an absolute blast, Caleb our game master was a legend! Sick energy and all round good vibes and made the experience even better! Coming back to do the Alcatraz and the Bank Heist!If you’re looking for a great day out of the house and enjoyment with friends, this is the place!

Amazing experience!! Excellent, friendly and entertaining service by Luan & Degan...loved how they were committed to their roles in each escape room. Totally recommend Enigmista & Alcatraz. Note....make sure you bring your glasses with you if you are long sighted as the rooms are dimly lit and there are lots of small details you need to take notice of.
