Woolworths Kingscliff

My assistance dog lined up, there is not a customer to be seen, the lady calls us up. as soon as I got there, she ignored us and got on the phone. Apparently to ring security about my assistance dog and I! Never made eye contact. Just blatantly ignored me. Had no idea that I already had displayed the appropriate information to him previously. Just treated me like a criminal. The next elderly lady served me, couldn't smile, be friendly or polite. It's like I am a terrible person as I have my assistance dog in beside me. There is a reason for him being there! Ignorant, rude, mean. Horrible! Other stores of this chain, are absolutely lovely to us on every visit. I don't think I have ever been treated this badly by any food shopping store.

This whole complex is outdated for the population now residing in Kingscliff.. fairly good parking mainly a woollies with some speciality shops...

Good sevice most times , shelves are usually stocked, prices getting a bit high but seems most are the same atm hopefully they will help customers with some lower prices soon

Pleasant service from the young woman at the service desk. I asked for a gift card & she went & found two different ones for me to choose from. Lots of parking available at the shopping centre & charging spaces for electric vehicles as well.

Small and efficient..wide range of products are available.. service team is e tremendously helpful..

I find this supermarket is constantly under-stocked. Even before covid. It would be rare you can go there and get everything you want. I just don't think the managers there care about the shoppers at all.

You’d think a small local store would be consistently warm and welcoming, isn’t that what drives good community business? The deli and produce team are always helpful and friendly.It’s such a shame that culture doesn’t flow through to the front end. Having unhappy people like Fran on the self serve is like entering an alternate depressing universe. If you don’t like your job leave!Considering we have to pack our own groceries and at the end contribute to paying your wage, why do we leave feeling like a huge inconvenience in a convenience store?!? The irony!! A simple smile and some gratitude would go a long way.The only time we see the ladies on the frontline crack a smile is when they are hanging at the smoke counter chatting and laughing amongst themselves. Lucky we have choices not far from home. After today, all of our big shops will be done with the welcoming team at Coles Tweed City.

This place is situated on Pearl Street and runs parallel to Marine Parade. The mall has all you need for a holiday including a salon, pharmacy, bakery and supermarket. It was convenient to where I was staying and has all the things I needed during my time there. The staff were friendly and efficient. An example I can give is that the manager saw a queue forming at one of the checkouts. She quickly advised the customers to wait a minute while she organized another cashier in order to mitigate their waiting time. This is great service.
