Venice Caravan Park
A older style quiet park, even during Easter, which meant we had plenty of space for the kids and dogs to stretch out and not be tripping over other campers. Amenities block was tidy, plenty of cubicles & hot water. A laundry with washing machine if needed. Relaxed & casual, basically call ahead then show up and find your own preferred camp spot amongst the handful of permanent caravan residents. Power and water to most concrete sites. A hidden gem really.

Bush camping with amenities. Basic but nice. Not much for kids here but I like the fact there are no rug rats. Has a bit of a wild west feel about it. We stayed two nights. I would stay again.

Little van park off the highway, its old but functional.Be warned, the jump up from the roadway to the parking spot is big"!"

Stayed overnight on way west. Level grassy sites with slabs. Power and water avail.Older style country caravan park, ammenities clean, mostly locals but all very friendly and on for a chat. Would stay again, $36 for 2, dog friendly. No TV reception.

We paid $18 per adult per night for a powered caravan site. The sites had grass and a concrete pad. There's a couple of trees around for shade. The amenities are old but okay. It's mainly used by permanent residents who are all friendly. It's surrounded by trees so very quiet. Dog friendly too. There's a laundry but no camp kitchen.

We stayed there for Good Friday and had the best time. Clean hot showers, great value and host is super friendly- set up fire place for us! Escape to serenity.

Basic sight. Friendly caretaker. A little run down but amenities clean. $18 per night per person. Bargain when on your own.

This caravan park is a disappointment from the moment you drive in. The lovely bushland around it has been filled with rusting old cars and other junk and it feels very neglected. Such a shame as the location is lovely and peaceful and kangaroos roaming. The amenities are basic and rather neglected. This park has so much potential in the right hands. At $36 a night for a powered site, very poor value.
