Instyle Homes was brought in to review and discus our renovations plans and what we where trying to achieve with our renovations. We built this home 36 years ago and it was time for an uplift to a more modern look. We wanted to knock down the wall between the Dinning room & kitchen. We also want the 3rd bedroom to become a butlers kitchen so a doorway was going to be needed to be cut into the other kitchen wall. the old laundry space was to become part of the butlers kitchen and a new wine bar fridge space created. Instyle Homes came back to us with a full set of drawings outlining all we where trying to achieve. Instyle Homes also designed the cupboard space, worked out PowerPoint outlets etc. Along the way Instyle homes always confirmed with us what we want and also put forward other ideas not thought about by us. Often we took those ideas onboard and implemented them too. The work was always carried out in a professional manner and with care. or us now we feel like we have a new spacious home. We are so pleased with the outcome.
