I started working with VICNA a week ago and I am able to get shifts every single day.All the aged care facilities are looking after VICNA staff very well as well. They all call VICNA as first choice agency. I’m very lucky to work with VICNA!Also, there are great staff from the team as well! Especially William, very understanding and I’m feeling supported! They are all listening and taking our concerns seriously regarding everything especially pay!!!I felt really touched last night as there was a staff almost lost her shift because the mistake of the facility. The allocation team at VICNA were really fighting ( in a good way) for us for the shift! The girl stayed for the full shift at the end!Please work with VICNA agency if you are a RN or EN or PCA. I’m writing this review after a 13 hours shift, and I still have energy to write the good things about VICNA. So! They must have done something great☺️☺️☺️
