Great store. Not overpriced like the Canberra stores. We always like stopping by for a look. Staff are always lovely. We park down in the big carpark under cover and walk up. Only thing it's missing is a carpark off the main road.

Was there about 6Months ago shop was lovely clean..window was really well done staff was lovely and the manager if my memory serves me Michelle was just lovely went above and beyond to help would go to say best op shop I have been in a long time ..well done

Great op shop. Too expensive though. But one of the ladies in there is absolutely and continuously the rudest people I have ever met. The man that works in there is a gorgeous gem. And everybody else that I have come across is lovely.

Merimbula store is very well laid out, clothes sorted in sizes, selling some own brand products. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Contrary to a previous review, this shop is not run by witches and hags. I’m from out of town, I needed some warm clothes cause I forgot to pack some so I got some great bargains here and the ladies at the counter were really lovely!

Great shop, but omg it’s so overpriced! I completely understand you’re trying to make money to help people out but how can you charge the same price as the product would cost new??? Also your staff need education on how to be polite and friendly

Tried donating some really nice furnitures and the attitude in the phone was disappointing. If you don’t want it and it does to landfill that’s fine but please be mire pleasant on the phone
