My experience with CheckHero has been excellent from the time of booking through to the service checks being carried out. I had my gas, electrical and smoke alarms checked by two service staff and both were timely, courteous and very efficient in carrying out the work. Clear communication also added to the great experience. Would highly recommend.

From the day one, when I called them, they understand the need and gave a proper Quote. The Quote was competitive compared to others in the market. They made the appointment at our convenient and confirmed. The reminded us in advance few times. They did the job very carefully and professionally up to the satisfaction. They provided the invoice and allow us to do the settlement. Since they do electricity, gas and smoke alarms, it is easy to handover all to one entity. They are real HEROs. Good Job and appreciated.

Property Manager for Barry Plant Moonee Valley, my personal experience has been great thus far. I have used Check hero for a few of my property for full compliance checks. They are very responsive, they communicate when a booking has been made or if they are having trouble making a booking. The reports are easy to read and the checks are done in a timely manner.My rental providers have all been happy with the service so far.Online agent portal is also easy to navigate.
