Purchased my new phone and girlfriends watch, took them straight over the T shine for a case as my usual was busy, picked out a nice case and screen protector. Bit pricier than normal but better to be safe than sorry. Dude looks at the screen and just puts the new protector on without cleaning… wasn’t even 3 weeks and the screen protector came off because of under bubbles.

Brookside store. My experience with their customer service was nothing short of that which I'd probably expect from someone I randomly met on a street corner selling things from a box.Bought a phone holder for my car last December. Within 2 months the adjustble tightening collar which holds the phone in place had cracked through, overnight and without a phone even the holder. I know it wasn't overtightened as I need to be able to make minor adjustments prior to driving the vehicle. Took it back to them with my receipt, and the young lady exchanged it for another one.Last week, same, issue, cracked in an identical spot on the collar. Clearly an issue with the product. Took it back, however the attitude of The Manager" on site was entirely different to that of the young lady

Put phone in for a cracked screen. Told me the charger port needed replacing when I did that (it had zero issues) to try and get another $100 out of me. When I declined the price dropped mysteriously to $30 for a new charger port.Got phone back and microphone doesn't work (no one can hear me). The report back from them says tested and works. Refuse to take any responsibility when it was working fine prior to dropping the phone in and they clearly lied on the report.
