Sam went above and beyond on the repairs of my vehicle could not be happier with the repairs and the service provided was unbelievable.I have been to many panel shops before and always had a bad experience.My car came back looking brand new as the day I purchased my vehicle.Thank you so much to Sam and the team at Fivedock :)

Their work is low quality and they take shortcuts. I sent an email to Eddy to fix problems, but the work was not done at all. My mechanic will not work with these guys because their poor half jobs done. Would not recommend them.

A big thanks to Sam & Eddie for the outstanding service and amazing repair work on my Tiguan. Only after a week after I drove out of the dealership someone ran into the back of my car.Never have I had such a pleasurable and stress free experience then previous encounters with others.Absolute gentlemen and if I'm every in an accident again I'll will be going straight back to them.

I was referred to five dock smash repairs after I was hit by another car from behind as part of a insurance claim.It is quite a drive out from where I live, but after the service I received I didn’t mind it.Eddie & his team were lovey, the whole ordeal was quite stressful but they helped calm my nerves that I had & put my mind at ease.10/10 would recommend and use again.

Job was done fine though I was told by the police that the engine was left running on the side of the road. Receptionist insisted that it never happened, but I've got a police report that says otherwise.I detailed my interior myself before I dropped off the car and when I picked it up the interior was left with dirt on the carpet/trim, aswell as some left on the body we are just cleaning up the car for you before you pick it up"."

Nice, friendly, honest and supper professional people. I had my one year old car repaired here. I am fully satisfied with the great job they have done. They used new genuine parts although my insurance company Budget Direct behaved extremely badly and suggested them to use parts from wreckers. They did exactly as they promised. I strongly recommend this place.
