I am an electrician and I rang to ask about my pool lights in my new house I bought. They have a Polyoptics controller which appears to not be working and I don't have the remote for either. I was trying to get information on what voltage the lights needed so I could test them, among other things. The gentlemen who answered the phone was very short with me, telling me to send the controller in for the to look at. When I tried to ask him for more information he cut me off saying I am not going to spend hours trying to convince you to send the controller in
