Friendly customer service, rang regarding an umbrella asked if I need put one aside if coming over weekend said it was fine, was told that noticing a couple sold yesterday he put one aside. Very considerate and remembered. Will definitely bookmark Golf World for another visit. 10/10

Ordered golf balls five 5 days ago. Still no appearance. Estimated delivery 8 days. Not good enough. Will go to another online golf store in the future. Usually 2 days to deliver from Golfbox - WA to Victoria. Golf World service is a disgrace!!

Be careful ordering online with Golf World - they aren't too keen on refunds.I ordered online & returned in-store; I felt like the store attendant thought I was trying to pull off some kind of scam.I had contacted Golf World via email to arrange a return by mail, but they didn't reply.I got my refund, but I have no interest in buying anything from Golf World ever again.Golf World needs to get with the times - people like to buy online, so they'll need to update their returns policy or risk going under.
