Please believe me when I say the customer service here is horrible. The two Vietnamese ladies are incredibly rude and clearly don’t want to be there. It makes for such an uncomfortable and un enjoyable experience and in my opinion not worth any kind of treatment or money. Did anyone else experience this?

I recently got French manicure on natural nails and after 3 days they started chipping. went back and got it fixed I didn’t appreciate them talking in their language when i can’t understand what they are saying then the second time I had to go back with the same problem and now this morning I’ve woken up with another chipped nail! there product that they used must be cheap that they are using! NEVER going back & people think twice before going back to this place! cause ive never had this problem before until I started going here.

Not a good experience had and older lady with glass she seemed very rushed had pedicure done very poorly and French nails (sns)they have chipped off the nailbed have grooves not a polished finish at all Dont recommended this place at all should of read previous reviews

Very dissapointing, staff are rude speaking in their language to each other but barely acknowledge me, I got a very young girl I could barely feel her touching my Feet very bad pedicure she had no interest in doing a good job, when I said all the dry skin had not been removed she went and got the other girl who argued that it would draw blood If they removed anymore which was ridiculous, so I got her to remove the dry skin which she did, bad pedicure not a good experience not worth the money,.. they charge . Very dissapointing, don't go there for a pedicure ,

The worst experience I've had in a long time . The owner and her 2ic are not welcoming and make my time there awkward, unpleasant and annoyed at the money spent for such poor quality of personality and workmanship. I'd rather give my money to a vagrant...

Second time visit today my last SNS lasted 4 weeks with no issues and I work with my hands all day. Quality is just wonderful and I found the staff to be lovely and welcoming! I will be back again for another set soon!
