We were extremely pleased with our son's funeral. In a very distressing time, and with our son dying interstate, it could not have been handled better. The staff at signature funerals were all very helpful and respectful during the organising and execution of my grandmothers funeral.In particular Rodney was lovely and such a charismatic gentleman, keeping me in good spirits when talking through more of the nitty gritty information.The entire process was handled with great care and empathy and I never felt as though it was just another funeral for them.Even though Rodney is a very busy man he always makes time to answer all your emails and ensure your requests and questions are handled with care.The funeral service was beautiful and the staff were professional and sincere.I’m very appreciative for the efficiency of staff creating ease of organising such a sad event for any family.Thankyou to all of you for the work you do, it does take a very special type of person to be in this line of work.
