Full of info and plenty of recommendations, he was more then happy to take the time and go into details. I'll definitely be going back again.

Hit Brodie up for a 12 week meal plan. His knowledge on nutrition and supplements is unmatched. Extensive and Explains it all so easily. Would refer anyone interested in getting In shape and needs that extra help to get started.He fine tunes the plan to suit you exactly with foods you like and what you need to reach your goals.
