Great Indian! We have eaten in and ordered take away 3 times over the last few weeks from here and all dishes have been authentic and excellent quality and generous serves. We enjoyed the palak paneer, chicken chettinad, lamb biriyani and some tandoori items. They will increase the spice/heat if you want without compromising the dish. The breads were cooked perfectly. Hope with time they can enhance the interior a little as we love to dine out.

A great restaurant.This place is a hidden gem, nothing special from the outside, but the staff a friendly and helpful.I think locals use the take away service mostly, as they are very busy.The food is full of authentic flavour and everything is fresh and tasty.A great surprise to find in Kingscliff. Highly recommended to dine in or takeaway.

Whenever my family is here we order Kahani and we are never disappointed. My Mum has been to India and she said she has never tasted anything close to what she had in India, apart from here. The staff are always friendly and the food is always beautiful.

I would give 5 stars for the food but they did not honour my voucher in entertainment book saying they are no longer Kahani. I understand that they may be new management/owner but when the Kahani signs are still up then a voucher should be honoured.

Good food, bad service. First time was a 30 minute wait over time and second time I tried using my entertainment voucher which they did not honour even though they still have kahani signage up out the front

Best lamb vindaloo and beef Rogan Josh in the Tweed Nourth Coast.Highly recommend!Would not go anywhere else!

Ordered my food via Uber eats from Kahani Indian 1 month ago. The food was terrible and I promised myself to never order from them again. This business changed there name to Sammy’s Indian Kingscliffe so I thought I would try my luck @ another local Indian spot….The food was below average again and we couldn’t eat it. After a phone call with the staff regarding our issue I was hung up on twice, even after admitting the name change. I have requested a refund which was refused. I will be returning my food tomorrow in person
