We spoke to them on the phone twice requesting a quote and they said they would contact us back both times to organise time and date and they never did. It would have been more professional if they just told us that they were not interested in working. We felt as if they were screening jobs assuming that it would be a small job. People could add more jobs or ask for much bigger jobs if they were decent professional workers.
