Camp Barrabadeen
Well laid out. Big open spaces. Close to the water and lots of trees. Kitchen wasn't efficient for the number of people on our camp

Great camping spot with spread out sites so you don't feel like you're sitting on top of each other. Close to water for kayaking and open fire pits. Only downside is drop toilets but hot showers are good

One of the only places where we keep coming back to. Camp sites are close to the water. Fishing, canoeing, camp fire, facing west so we can watch the sun set. Perfect place to camp. YES there are toilets and HOT showers.

Barrabadeen camp grounds are situated on lake Tinaroo. There are good facilities here, dorm accommodation and camping available. Not a van park in a good way, unpowered sites in a peaceful setting. Being a camp owned? by scouts Australia there are lockout periods when it is booked out for scouting activities. Worth giving it a try but be sure to contact them first.

Great little camp spot on Tinaroo dam. Shady, spacious sites overlooking the water. Camp-fires permitted. Gone down hill since new management. Toilet block not cleaned since December 2020 unfortunately and bins are overflowing. I am sure this does not meet covid standards. No on-site care taker.

Run by scouts, this campground is perfect for a couple of days near the water and exploring the surroundings. Rent a canoe, build your own campfire and swim in the fresh water lake. Hot showers, cooking facilities and proper toilets all available for use. Keep it up!

Level campsites right on the water. Activities for kids/teens like water sports, bouldering, ropes course, orienteering. Definitely a better Tinaroo camping option than any of the national parks camps. Only negative is the drop toilets.

Great place to go camping. Unfortunately it was raining last time I went but best time to go is anytime but winter, heat for canoeing, skiing, tubing and great to bring a heap of friends up
