Great service!! I went to east coast and they were horrible, should have gone to Toukley Tyrepower from the start. They took the time to diagnose the issues with my tyres and suspension and now my car drives like new, would highly recommend

Horrible experience with a car seat install over an hour to have the seat installed incorrectly when I bought this to the guy working at the front desk Jamie’s attention he tried to gaslight me by saying it was the installers first time doing a car seat and that he had told me that over the phone that he had just done training two days ago and I was going to be his first install which I insisted was not the case at all. If he told me this I would of gone else where. He kept insisting I had been told this.! He then tried to say some people would think it’s a good thing he was wanting to do it correctly so was taking his time, also not the case considering it was over an hour and installed incorrectly putting my child at risk. The wedge was not flipped for rear facing and the belt was twisted next to the gated buckle. He managed to get it right eventually and I was given a refund. The guy installing the seat was apologetic. I would not have been so upset if I wasn’t gaslit by the guy working at the desk I am still shocked by the way he handled the situation.

Not only was Tyerpower Toukley product(4 tyers, Alignment, fitting)and price second to none, I had a few existing issues with my car they guided me on how to solve. My customer experience was a comfortable journey all the way through, form sales to dealing with the office staff even one on one with the workshop staff, everyone was sincere, positive and polite about things. This made handing over my money to them feel like a pleasure. I'd happily do it again. People reading this...don't waste your time dealing with other companies that treat you like imposters just because you want new tyers. Civility costs nothing. The staff at Tyerpower are polite enough to even recommend to an 80 year old if they can still drive.haha

Had my car booked in for 11am for a wheel balance, was told to come back at 12pm. As I am travelling went to the RSL to kill the time. Went back at 12 and they hadn’t even started my car. I couldn’t wait around any longer so had to leave. There was no apology or explanation. Now I will have to try somewhere else at my next destination. Waste of a day!!
