Just had dinner here with a group of five. Brilliant food with generous portions! All the food was great and the desserts were amazing!Wonderful location and beautifully set up! Will be coming back for drinks at the bar and outside.I don’t know why people have been complaining about prices. They seem reasonable. $25 for a pizza is reasonable anywhere in Sydney these days.

Ohhh absolutely fantastic, great food, atmosphere, beautiful ambiance…,to the most friendliest of staff. Food was absolutely delicious, authentic Italian food, from the heart of a great Italian mother overlooking everything with total love and that comes with each plate that is presented. Chef and pizzaioli are exceptional, cocktails to die for wait staff also amazing. Bomboloni and coffee for dessert, to give that sweet deliciousness at the end of a wonderful meal. A must for a wonderful evening or day out!! Barefoot bowls is next with fantastic food and bubbles , what more could one want! Should have taken photos of the food, but we were so hungry, looked too delicious and we ate it before I took the photos!! Next time which definitely won’t be far away.

Food was very tasty. Service was friendly, I rushed and the atmosphere was nice. Great for families or couples. The baked cheesecake was YUMMY!!

As an Italian that’s gets regularly disappointed with what is served up as Italian food at most places I visit, I can say that this place is a delight and absolutely on point with all the dishes we had, truly felt like Mamma and Nonna was cooking for the family. THE FOOD IS THAT GOOD !A wonderful family that has obviously put in a lot of hard work to finally have an Italian destination in the inner west of Sydney again. Thankyou again to the Moio Family…

Had lunch for the first time at the Home Grounds. Service was superb, food & wine was restaurant quality, ambiance was good.Looking for a night out at a restaurant will highly recommend.

Enjoyed a relaxed long lunch @The Home Grounds for Mother's Day. This is the epitome of old style hospitality where you feel welcome and cared for by the exceptional staff. The waiters made excellent recommendations and were friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The best aperol spritz I've had and an outstanding wine selection where we enjoyed a delightful Italian Pinot Grigio.The pastas delicious, the mozzarella stick to die for!The adults were able to sit back, relax and chat as the kids were able to roam free outdoors enjoying the amazing kids play area. Highly recommend and will return again soon.
