Shop is within a hair dresser, hair dressing staff very rude and abrupt!! Was only after jewellery, wasn’t after piercing and was told that the hair dressing staff don’t sell the jewellery when the person doing the piercing wasn’t there even though jewellery is on display at front of store!!Maybe piercer should get their own shop because they have lost my business because of the rude hairdressing staff!!

Chelsea is incredible. I will never go anywhere else for piercings and would recommend her to everyone. She is incredibly professional and passionate about her job and a gorgeous personality with great work hygiene!

Chelsea was great, service was amazing and she answered any questions I had and was very client focused. Was greeted by the friendly hairdresser's on arrival and didn't have to wait long.

Didn't tell me I would need photo ID until I was in the chair waiting to get my piercing done.I had booked the appointment roughly a week prior over the phone and had received multiple reminder texts yet there had been no mention that I would need photo ID.Based on other reviews im sure she is good at what she does but there is not enough communication between the business and the customer

I've visited Chelsea a few times now, and she is amazing! Friendly, professional and makes every piercing much less daunting experience than expected. Cannot recommend highly enough! :)
