Rocco and Alison are very lovely people. Your Property Specialists are always very quick to answer any query I have and they go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. The tenants who rent are always very happy as Rocco and Alison are always very prompt in notifying me of any repairs that require attention. I recently engaged with rocco and alison from your property specialist.i couldnt ask for a better team .they gave myself so much dedication in achieving an amazing result. many times i would see rocco after hours still showing interested buyers through the house. I was impatient many times during the process and could of ended up taking $40k less on the property. But lucky i had roccos expertize and patience and i ended up making that extra 40k an amazing result im glad i went to your property specialist. Being a smaller realestate agencies i eas giving the best attention and service i wouldnt hesitate in recommending them.

Rocco Paiano is a one those rare people who you get a good feeling about from the get go. Polite, straight forward in his dealings, friendly and super efficient.
