I have a Hills Reliance alarm system that had the service light on. It needed a battery change and I wanted it reconfigured slightly. Max knew about the system and was able to come out the same day to fix the issues. He was very helpful and offered advice so I can make changes myself in future.

I have a property that has been rented for the past 20 years, in that time the alarm system hasn't been serviced and I didn't know what state it was in. I'm selling the property and wanted to ensure the system was in good working order. I called Max on the Thursday to discuss, he was knowledgeable on the system and was able to attend the next day to service the system and test at a very reasonable price. Max called me when he'd finished the required work and gave me a full run down on what he did and the issues he found and resolved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Max, his communication and professionalism is excellent and he was able to complete the work quickly which was great due to wanting to put the property on the market shortly.
