Been to subway yesterday,This girl name Sarah served me. She gave me a cheese, tomato sandwich. She was really polite and friendly. Thank you Sarah, i will come back.

This is the absolute worst subway. Not one of the children working there know how to make s proper sub, everytime i go im appalled at how bad the sub is. They have zero idea what there doing and how to charge for the subs as well. Heres an example; i got a cheesy garlic toastie and they gave me one peice instead of the standard 2 and charged me double for it. Today the little girl who made my sub didnt even cut the bread properly so it didnt open. I just dont get how hard it is but i will never be going back to this subway again

The last two times I have been to subway at Menai the service is very slow i had one person infront of me and it took 15 mins to make the sub, staff look like they do not know what they are doing. This time they had no meatballs or ham. This is the worst subway I have been too. Management need to sort this out asap if not you are going to lose alot of customers. Due to the long waiting periods I saw three people leave the line.

Just been served by Sofie from Menai store and her customer service was amazing. I had a big order which I had to change and she was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

ordered tuna footlong every other subway I have been to put tuna on with a scoop. this shop put on tuna with a thin knife and the roll had very little tuna on it . salad was good as usual.

Quick and easy fast food. Sometimes great and sometimes basic. But this review is for the staff on today. Especially the guy (I don’t know his name) who made my sandwich, is so friendly and engaging. I’ve never experienced this echelon of friendly service from subway. Made my day better. Thankyou!
