My experience today with Curtis L was excellentHe was welcoming as soon as I approached and listened to my issue ( which was a smashed phone screen) and gave me all of the information I needed to decide if I wanted to replace it. He did this in less than the time we allowed and was lovely when closing the sale.Highly recommend this business and Curtis is a great team member for this company. I left feeling really good

Got my iPhone x screen replaced 2 weeks ago due to water damage. Cost me $270. A week and a half later and my phone screen stopped working. I took the phone back so they could rreplace the screen as it was still under warranty. Old mate then told me my phone was water damaged so it was not unwarranty. My phone was absolutely not water damaged. It had been near no fluid what so ever. They ripped me off and now I am left with no phone. I'm appauled.

Fantastic job by Curtis.He did his best to fault find an iPhone 7s.It turned out to be the audio chip which was confirmed by the technician in Sydney who soldered it and returned it to Kotara working perfectly.Great job, I rely on these guys as my teenagers continue to fling their telephones around in a shockingly reckless fashion.
