Helped me last minute to fix a jumperEven managed to do it before I had to rush off to pick my daughter up from school.Never been more appreciative as I received an online order the day of the event to open and see it was faulty, alteration now, helped me quickly so I could still wear my item to the event.

I have had two alterations done here. Absolutely fantastic service. The gentleman help me out big time on Saturday morning when my dress did not fit for the races. He went above and beyond. Look what he did he made the back of this dress to create a corset so the top would fit with a flap to hide the back Thank you so much great work great service. Thank you.

I bought a new dress for my daughter's graduation. We precisely explained that we want the length to reach the middle of the heel, and obviously she wore the shoe on the fitting. The dress came back showing her ankle. The graduation is in a few days, and he doesn't want to take responsibility at all. It's a disgusting attitude and disgrace to do it. Shame on you.

They are super friendly and professional and do a really amazing job. However, in my experiences with this company I have never actually been able to collect my item on the day they told me they’d be finished by. I continue to go through them because they’re close, but considering each of the 3 times I’ve used their business for my fiancé’s work pants and they’ve been late to finish product, if I ever needed something ASAP I’d go elsewhere

Look they generally do a good job and I can't fault that.They have lost a star here because one needs to be willing to wait. They rarely deliver in promised time frames because they are so understaffed.
