Only open to pick up parcels from 8am to noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Well, they say that but if you turn up at 8, nobody turns up for work until 9 or so and you have to wait. Really couldn’t be any more rude and unhelpful.

Item arrived within a couple days from Perth, they attempted delivery the same day and as I wasn't home they gave me a call and I told them that I'd collect it from their depot in the LIA. Collected with ease in the afternoon and the couple were really friendly.
