It had a very long queue to get into the entrance with glass doors at front - a further wait of 10 mins will get you the queuing number.About the female staffer at the reception with purple dye hair, she seemed to be a bit unhelpful and not wanting to solve my issue but then a male young bloke stepped in and solved my issue. I fear if that male bloke hadn't come to my rescue, I'd be sitting back at home waiting for a miracle to happen.

They were very helpful and pleasant. Did not wait more then 10 mins to be seen. Cleaner wiped chairs everytime someone left.... Even over the phone before I had a good person...

Had a worst experienced with the staff. One of the counter guy(farz i think) he told me i cannt get my australian licence with my overseas licence and i said i had my ticket and want to talk to the staffs waiting me, he told me he is a superviser and waste the time talking to them. However, the other staff told me i am eligible to get tha aus licence. If he doesnt know, dont talk and find someone who could help rather than being smart.

First time go here for WWVP. I already register on the website first and the staff did document checking fastly. The queue was not long and the staff who check the documents and take the photograph were nice. All finished around 10 minutes.

Poor service. Website directs you to go to the shopfront for services where the staff don't want to help. Avoid.

Katie was very friendly and very helpful awesome service and a great attitude. Was serviced by a horrible male from Tuggeranong. He was rude admins not helpful and very disrespectful and I felt discriminated against. Forgot is name but he was 0 Katie was 10

Came here to transfer rego under my name and guy named Lewis..just near number 0 there was small line from mechanic on vin number and it was definitely looking 0…he asked me and then I said it’s 0…but after he said no it looks Q….so just because of that I have to go back to mechanic to fix that and pay for parking again…have seen few previous review’s regarding Lewis…tbh he’s just a waste working here…

One of the staff -Lewis is very rude, aggressive, and racist. He does not have any skills required for customer service. The way how he was talking was terrific and threatening. I was with my wife and 5-year-old son. I was not scared of him but worried about my 4 years son if he get scared of him and everyone was looking at him the way how he was talking with me and my wife. Do not go to this service centre if possible.
