Went in to look at new bikes to purchase. Salesman wasn't interested or helpful. Didn't know about his stock and many things not in stock. Didn't suggest alternative. I won't be back.

Great customer service and communication by Martin in particular. I think there was a slight miscommunication about delivery as my bike was delivered to the wrong address but we got it sorted in the end.

What an awesome crew. Brisbane Motorcycles Caboolture went above and beyond to help me purchase a fantastic motorbike at a fair price, and were very flexible in organising same day inspections/test rides. Despite being busy they were able to have the bike immaculately cleaned up and delivered to my door less than 24h after purchase (phenomenal service). Their shop is full of great bikes to cater to all types of riders, so give them a visit and you might find the perfect bike for you.

Ring up to inquire on a part, told it would be next day if ordered, Then ring back after the public holidays to be told it won't arrive for another following week. So minimum 7 days meaning I miss out on an event when I could of ordered the week prior and gone to the event. If they were just honest from get go, it would be amazingthanksShop elsewhere..

Great service from Nathan. Easy communication and easy to work with to get the right bike for myself. No pressure, no salesman push just easy going, knowledgeable and great customer service. The store had a massive variety of stock and was well laid out. They even priced matched a helmet I was looking at. This really is your one stop store.

Had a fantastic sales and customer experience. Was served by Martin who went above and beyond to locate stock, price negotiate and finalise all necessary steps to lock in a brand new Suzuki Address 110 (at the time there were none available and all stores are awaiting delivery). Was contacted right away and Martin sorted all delivery documents and logistics. Appreciate all the work and service provided! Thank you!
