Had an amazing customer service experience over the phone with call-taker Adam. He was super welcoming and friendly, and just seemed really happy to help me out with my concerns. One of the best service experiences I have received from a sporting organisation in my lifetime. Highly recommend this organisation if my experience with Adam is anything to go by.

Second season in a row that this competition has let a team play in the finals with unregistered players. Pretty disappointing.
