Great customer service! Called in to enquire about solar and had all details explained to me thoroughly.We were also offered a free assessment to see how much shading there was around the house and whether it would affect the energy levels.

We installed solar energy last year, and when we got the latest bill, astonished! The bill dropped down very obviously. The company also provided a good customer service before and after.

Keep cold calling for an address i do not live at or own, the address already has solar. i have told them this a few times now.STOP COLD CALLING PEOPLE IS ANNOYING.

Please be careful dealing with this company. Solar installed but smart meter not compliant with our older system. Grand Group representative told us it will be fine. AGL say otherwise. We have emailed our complaint and sent in writing by registered post and spoke with someone with a promise to look into it with No response. Local electrician has told us it will cost more than $3000 to install the right meter to generate the solar. We are so disappointed with this company.

Some of the best customer service I've ever received! My family enquired about solar panels for my house and we were visited by the lovely by Sarina who was so helpful at explaining how suitable my new home was for solar energy and what type. If you are looking for great service and affordable prices, this is the service for you!!
