Dry and dusty, amenities need a lot of maintenance was a bit disappointed actually especially for the money we paid to camp.

Grotty amenities. Only one toilet shower. Up the road about 10ks is a beautiful park right on grassed area beside a lake. Go there Tchum lake. If you are in a van.

Stayed in the caravan park and the worst park ever. Needs enormous clean up and would not use the facilities as disgusting. Stay at Lake Tchum a much better option and a beautiful setting.

Bit outdated. Air-conditioner didn't work, fridge didn't get too cold. Shower was nice. Beds were comfy.

it was nice and quiet good sized camp sites, old but clean facilities. the bakery in Birchip has amazing vanilla slices, family pies, pull aparts, sour dough. $25 with power and water

Stayed overnight $25 powered site for van - no hot water but beyond owners control expected to be fixed the following day hopefully - amenities dated and not clean - pity could be such a nice stop if tidied up and cleaned amenities

This was an experience waiting to happen. Affordable room with plenty of character. Just down the road is the pub and it's full of local characters and charm. The units form part of the Caravan park. I will take my Camper Trailer next time. Pack your sense of humour too. Help cheer up the Manager.
