Was very quick in time frame, quick in responsive to booking , simple and effective communication , 300 cheaper then the main chain in this service and went out of there way to get the job done in my unusual situation.As much as I don’t wish to have to use the service again ( car window broken into :( ) I certainly would use them again and others should too!!!!

Brilliant work from the guys at NOVUS Glass Canberra, got yet another chip on my windscreen whilst on my way to Canberra. The boys were able to fix it up straight away and get me back on the road! Quality work, great price and they came to me!! Would highly recommend!

i don't normally post the reviews but given my amazing experience with Keith and Novus Glass Canberra I could not resist. I had a stone chip repair to be done on windscreen, Keith came to my location, checked the issue, and gave me honest opinions and didn't charge me anything even though I asked for charges. Highly recommended and professional service.

A really great experience with this company leaves their competitors for dead. From the first phone call to the finished job the service was excellent. Also far cheaper than their major competitor. Tony was exceptional no fuss did the job all within about 90 minutes. Can’t recommend Novus highly enough.

From enquiry to day of service, Keith has been amazing.I had a very minor stone chip on my windscreen and thought it might need to be repaired just in case. Keith has been very responsive with giving the quotation, was punctual on the day booked, checked the damage and did not do unnecessary job just for the sake of earning.I hope I won’t need a windscreen repair anytime but this guy is definitely worth your call.
