Phoned after a recommendation from a local mechanic as I needed a new discharge hose and Toyota no longer make the part, so the mechanic is been to said Natrad could probably fashion one.I phone Natrad, asked if that was possible to fashion a discharge hose and the guy smirked and said “well if they don’t make them anymore how are we supposed to make one” and then hung up on me. Why is it you’re made fun of when you’re asking what you were told? I’m not a specialist otherwise I wouldn’t be phoning in the first place. I think every customer deserves respect and that just wasn’t it.

Good fellas! Went out of their way to get me back on the road after my radiator drain plug came back from a workshop sheared off and leaking..
