Rachael was amazing! Not only was she forgiving of my new-mum forgetfulness but she also provided guidance, patience and empathy. I hired the Medela pump and couldn’t be happier with my results. I screamed when I got my first 100mls within a week of using the pump. Would 100% recommend using Hire for Baby Logan!

Rachel went above and beyond for us! We made a last minute decision to go to Brisbane the week before Christmas. I've had to bounce around 3 different Hire for Baby branches that didn't have the items that we needed (baby car seat, high chair and portacot) until I reached Rachel. She was so helpful and kind as to fit us into her hectic Christmas and New Years schedule and drove all the way to Kenmore where we were staying to deliver, install and pick-up everything we needed without any issues. Thank you Rachel, you've made my baby's first Christmas a real magical family affair
