Amazing service I must say! Ben turned up on time, was super helpful, friendly and polite. Got the entire carpets done earlier than the slated time and carpets looks new again.I will definately use them again. It wasn't overly expensive and a great value for money. We contacted Carpet Diem for cleaning the mould in 4 bedrooms in late Oct.22. However, we are very disappointed to find out that they only treated the wall mould in wardrobes in the en-suite and No.1 bedroom. The mould on the wardrobe doors, frames, walls beneath timber windows, window frames in these 2 bedrooms was not removed (later on I found it's hard to wipe off" as they suggested when we first called them). Also we couldn't see signs to have No.2&3 Bedrooms mould removed. It took me nearly 4 hours to remove these mould. After I sent photos to Carpet Diem they admitted that they only treated wardrobes and the remaining areas were missed as "human mistakes". Carpet Diem explained the cleaning result was due to "miscommunication". In fact
