Staff are constantly on the phone, short with their answers, new products are delivered in packaging that's damaged and old looking. There's nothing klassy about this business.

I purchased an oyster light from them on the 17/1/21. Product went faulty within 12 months and this was confirmed by an electrician. They refused to give me a refund even though I am entitled to one under consumer law as the product has a major fault within 12 months of purchase. I notified them that if I did not receive a refund I would be notifying the ACCC. They still refused to give me a refund despite the fact I am entitled to one. I guess this business is going to learn the hardway :). They have also lost a customer as I refuse to purchase any lighting from them again.

From an installer point of view the Price of the lights they sell reflects the quality, and always double check yourself that they sell you the correct bulbs as they sold me the wrong ones for the light i purchased.Also they said my light would take 3days to come in, it took Two Months! Covid or no covid don't lie about how long it takes when you know that it's going to take a long time.

They have the same products as mega lighting, but their prices are much much lower than Mega lighting, definitely recommend this store

The products are cheap, but qualify is definitely gonna make you regret why coming here to save a few dollars. I bought a few faulty products, they wouldn't even provide refund and exchange. Dont make the same mistake as I made. Stay away if you can.

Ordered side table lights from them. The lady Kaur absolutely beautiful the biggest smile -such a welcoming face. The owner though no customer service at all. He’s useless without her. She will be serving a customer and he keeps interrupting her to get her to serve other customers. He’s always stressing and is grumpy. He needs to work on himself.

This place has ample options for lighting and other stuff like fans, Chandliers. Their prices are very competitive and usually less than other places. The staff is good as well.
