Dec 2020 Ordered the salmon pate, Duck confit, BBQ Lamb, Steak and the dessert platter. All of them were delicious. The service was impeccable. Definetly make reservations.

Linda's On King Street
Had a great dinner (in good company) here the other night. It was so good I forgot to take my customary photos. The welcome was warm, it's a simple but tastefully decorated room. The food was well presented and tasted fabulous. The fish pie is certainly worth the visit. The entree of smoked trout pate had set me up nicely.There's a small but excellent wine list and they also do wines by the glass. The price was agreeable, to say the least.

I love the feel of this restaurant . you're always made to feel very welcome. It's lovely to have a restaurant on King St that consistently serves quality dishes in a slightly French style bistro atmosphere.Linda's has a wonderful menu that caters to all tastes. Extremely good value for the quality of food you receive. If you haven't already dined here, definitely give it a try. You'll be happy you did.

My favourite fine dining restaurant in Newtown. Food and service always excellent. Have eaten there many times and always go back for the warm ginger cake. Starters are very varied and sometimes have two instead of a main. The main dishes are a generous size. Love their dessert sharing plate. $5 corkage is reasonable, but wine not over the top expensive. Will go back time abs time again.

A gem in Newtown.Great food cooked by Linda. Husband Graeham is in charge of front of house and does a great job always giving us a warm welcome.Doesnt matter what you order it is all so good..Licienced and BYO.Good prices for up market food you cant find anywhere else in Newtown.
